P&S Construction has secured another U.S. Army Corps of Engineers contract in California.
Located at Fort Hunter Liggett, the new Tactical Vehicle Wash Rack project is a welcomed project to our portfolio. The project consists of twenty wash stations situated on a concrete paved area which will accommodate tactical wheeled vehicles, tracked vehicles, and construction equipment for training and unit pre-mobilization. The project also consists of a control building that is approximately 700 SF, high pressure water lines, overhead lighting, sanitary facilities, and vehicle circulation areas.
In addition, a water recirculation system will be constructed that consists of a sedimentation basin, equalization basin, supply basin, oil and water separator, and three pumping stations. Concrete and asphalt parking and roads will be provided to accommodate tracked and wheeled vehicles.
This project is located about 300 miles north from our Indoor Small Arms Range project at March Air Force Base in Riverside, CA. Work is expected to be completed in February of next year.
P&S Construction looks forward to expanding our business in California and working with USACE District, Louisville once again!
