Since incorporating in January of 2001, P&S Construction has successfully completed projects for the Department of Labor, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, United States Coast Guard, Department of Navy, General Service Administration and the Department of Veterans Affairs establishing a solid record of performance excellence. Our portfolio includes federal projects in the educational, office, medical and industrial facilities with project values up to $13 million.

As a small business federal contractor, P&S Construction has spent the past decade mastering the protocols, practices and unique work environments of countless federal clients. Our small business roots provide clients a customercentered focus from project award to ribbon cutting, while our evolving and dynamic in-house design team offers clients creative, resourceful and powerful designs.
P&S Construction is now working internationally with an office in Guam.
